It can involve customizing the message based on the form responses, including dynamic data, or generating messages for different scenarios. So you must pass the data from the Ontraport as well.
 3. Pushover: The information provided in the Ontraport and any additional content generated by AI in the previous step will be used to Send a pushover notification.

Here's how it works:
 1. LiveAgent: Whenever a Ticket is created, the automation will be triggered.
